‘THE BEST IS YET TO COME!’
Text: “You have kept the good wine until now!’ (John 2:10).
Are you waiting on the God for something you are in dire need of and have waited for a long stretch of time and nothing seems to be forthcoming? You must understand that God can save the best for the last. ‘You have kept the good wine until now!’ This is what was said to that groom who narrowly escaped what could have been the worst embarrassment of his life even so on his wedding day if not for Jesus’ timely intervention.
Beloved, It’s not too late; what looks to you like a tragedy can become a testimony of God’s goodness and faithfulness in your life. The best God had for Joseph didn’t come until he has gone through the worst ordeal which is better imagined than experienced. But at last his laughter came and it was the best! Yours too will come and it’ll be the sweetest and the best. Amen.
Bottom line:
God is never late; don’t seek shortcut to breakthrough; it can shortchange you and short-cut your joy!
