TRUTH.
“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:32)
Truth is dignifying though bitter, and sometimes stings. Our reaction, our disposition to the truth shows what we are made of. We can either deny truthful charges against us and destroy evidence of our misdeeds, or take the truth humbly to heart and let it change us.
Be it known that the truth we deny or fail to uphold will, in our conscience hold and keep us in perpetual bondage.
Bottom line: Stand for the truth no matter the cost! “Buy the truth, and do not sell it… (Prov. 23:23). May God so help us. Amen.
